Message from the Chairman

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.

It gives me immense pleasure to introduce our group “AA Holding Ltd.” with you all. With the blessings of Almighty Allah, we have successfully established a number of 100% export oriented industrial units all being in the textile sector and creating employment. From the very beginning, our emphasis was to actively participate in the development of Bangladesh by establishing 100% export oriented industrial units which would produce import substitute products and thus would save our hard earned foreign currency vis-a-vis earn valuable foreign currency. Till now we have nine 100% export oriented spinning mills and one 16.50 mw Power plant project. Alhamdulillah.

In totality all these nine mills are equipped with approximately 10,00,000 spindles and 30,000 rotor, having daily production capacity of 1000 MT 100% cotton/blended Ring spun yarn, Rotor Yarn and Polyester Filament Yarn  (DTY & FDY). All these projects are in operations.

We have earned high reputation for maintaining quality of the yarn and timely supply to the export oriented knit / woven knitters, RMG producers. We are highly concerned about maintaining quality and delivery schedule, two most prime factor considered by buyers. People are not even hesitant to pay premium price for high quality and timely delivery.

We are proud to say that a number of our mills have been the recipient of the “Top 10 Exporters” awards given by BTMA for consecutive years. Our mills are also recipients of prestigious Oeko-Tex Certificate, OCS Certificate, GOTS Certificate, GRS Certificate, RCS Certificate, BCI Certificate & CMIA Certificate for producing quality yarn and being compliant with their stringent terms & conditions. We take the pride in announcing that a number of our companies have been approved by world renowned INDITEX, the biggest fast fashion group in the world, operates over 7,200 stores in 93 markets worldwide having flagship brand Zara and PRIMARK Stores Limited, an Irish multinational fast fashion retailer with outlets across Europe and in the United States to be representative supplier of them.

We believe that strong business performance and high ethical standards should go hand in hand. While serving the needs of the buyers, we are taking steps to uphold wider social obligations & responsibilities. This includes introducing environmental friendly schemes in our projects by installing solar panels, producing sustainable recycled fiber,
