AA Yarn Mills Ltd. is a 100% export oriented spinning mill. Factory is located at Nagar Howla, Sreepur, Gazipur, approx. 70 km away (distance) from the Capital Dhaka.  The project is situated on an area of 36 acres of land, just besides the Dhaka- Mymensingh Highway. It is equipped with 1,90,000 spindles, 2000 rotor with all back process machinery for producing quality cotton yarn, blended yarn. It has a daily production capacity of 120 MT of Cotton Yarn (carded & combed), Blended Yarn (PC/CVC, Mélange, Black Polyester) and Rotor Yarn.

Mr. M Sahabuddin Ahmed is the Managing Director of the Company. He is very renowned entrepreneur in Bangladesh. Under his dynamic leadership this project is being run very efficiently. He has business experience in the textile sector for more than 35 years.

CARDING: 

Carding is the one of the most important process in cotton spun yarn manufacturing, because it determines the quality of yarn. This is the process, by which textile fibers are prepared to manufacture a yarn. In this process, fibers are opened at almost single, removal of dust, trash, neps and short fiber to produce a continuous strand of fiber called sliver. Carding machine is called mother or heart of spinning, because it prepares the fiber in such a way, which is ready to manufacture yarn because disentanglement, cleaning and intermixing of fiber are happened here.
