Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
It gives me immense pleasure to introduce our group “AA Holding Ltd.” to you which is the largest producer of textile yarn in Bangladesh. Back in the year 1989, we started with Kader Synthetic Fibres Ltd, a role model industry for producing 100% Polyester Filament Yarn from PET chips, First of it’s kind in Bangladesh. This was a Turn-key project with world renowned “TORAY Engineering Ltd., Japan. Prestigious financial institutions like Asian Development Bank (ADB), Nederlandse Financiering Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslandenn.v. (FMO), Asian Finance & Investment Corporation (AFIC), Saudi Bangladesh Industrial Development Company Ltd. (SABINCO) participated by way of equity investment as well as extending loan facility.
After the successful implementation and operation of the first project, we stepped into our next projects in phases and in different locations in Gazipur District, Bangladesh. Our all projects were in spinning sector with the mission of becoming “number one” in the field. At present we have nine textile spinning mills, eight of which are 100% Cotton & Blended yarn manufacturing projects while one project is producing 100% Polyester Filament Yarn. These mills ensure the consistent and timely supply of high quality 100% Cotton yarn as well as Blended yarn to the export oriented knit & woven industries for manufacturing Fabrics, Readymade Garments & Textiles items. Persistent adherence to high-quality standards and innovation has been the key to success. Sincerity, hard working and integrity was the key for success and we feel that our mission to be “number one” in the spinning sector of Bangladesh has successfully been implemented. Now we have a daily production facility of 570 MT of ring spun yarn, 300 MT of rotor yarn and 200 MT of 100% Polyester Filament Yarn. More than 25,000 persons have been employed directly in these projects. Yearly turnover of the group is around USD 700.00 million. We are proud to say that we have prestigious certification like Oeko-Tex, OCS, GOTS, GRS, RCS, BCI & CMIA for producing quality yarn. We are also proud to say that already MSA Spinning Ltd., one of our project, is H&M, INDITEX & PRIMARK approved company while approval for other projects are on the way.
